Download this
Get Astro File Manager
Go to settings>Applications>Enable Unknown Sources
With astro find where ever you put it in your sd card
Click and on it and click app manager
Then click install

After it's installed go to Language & Keyboard>NumberPad Keyboard

Interesting. Seems like a strange thing to need with a full keyboard and decent software keyboards.
