Mabilo ringtones? I had it on my phone before my FR, and then when I went to the market, I can't find it. Did they discontinue the app???

I couldn't find it today either. My sister just downloaded the app to her Droid on Wed. Must have been shut down by the RIAA.

Hmmm, you're right! I do see their wallpapers, though. I've been using Zedge, but am mostly making my own ringtones.

Okay...so it is still live for those who have it. Time to search out the .apk

Edit: Tried going to the website and google throws up a warning about malware. Wonder if they were hacked.

I did a backup when I d'loaded 2.1v3 and I've still got the app. Looked in the market and its not there that sux.

I found this post on sprint's forums...

I found Mabilo, not Mablio. Using the browser on my phone, I found a post on Mabilo's forums saying that Google removed the app last night and the company is trying to find out why. When I tried to load Mabilo's web site on my home computer using Firefox, I got a message that the site had been reported as an attack site. Clicking on the link for more details gave the following:

What is the current listing status for mabilo.com?

Installed Zedge. Need to uninstall Mabilo. Is there a way to do it without the app in the Market?

To uninstall an app go to
Menu > settings > applications > manage applications (this screen takes many seconds to fully load).
Tap the app, then 'uninstall'.
