Anyone Know What This Is??

If you take off the battery cover you will see to the left what looks to be a slot of some kind. Well it looks like a cover to a slot. does anyone know what that goes to?

Mine has something in it...through your photos, I can't tell if yours if empty or not. I'm guessing it's has something to do with Sprint and it's network!?!

Im not sure, I have not tried to take what looks to be the cover off.
But I can see in there,(kind of) So I think it is empty, but cant be sure.

I'm not sure if it's what you're talking about, but what's circled in the photo is the volume switch.

If you look at your back cover you will see the rocker is attached to the cover but the up/down switch is on the phone... hehe
