Anyone paying out-of-contract for Note III?

My husband is but he is trading in my note 2 and his note 2 so the cost isn't that bad I think in the long run he would pay close to 300 maybe 400 after he trade in the note 2's

Me too, I have 5 unbearable months of contract to go, Verizon unlimited data to keep and note 3 itus. So as soon as the locked bootloader is busted I'll be buying off contract.

I sure hope the T-mobile variant drops around November. I just sold my S3 in hopes of getting the Note early October, but with the non-contract price at over $700, I'll have to wait.

I really wish VZW would get their shyte together. Stopped at a store today and they had trouble doing the device payment plan. Had the phone right there in front of me and they tell me to call verizon to confirm that I could do device payment plan and they said I could just order it. Well, I go home and the CSR says' "sure no problem and even called the same store to confirm" but they said I had to do it in store. Urghhhhhh It's a 25 mile drive for Chris sake! I would have the phone right now
