Help Anyone seen an app for this?

I have not put a lot of effort into searching for this so I thought I would ask here along the way.

I'm looking for an app or widget that will allow you to assign an app such as Pandora to use 3G or data while being connected to wifi.

I'm trying to use 3G to run Pandora or any app I choose but would like the ability to use my browser to surf under wifi. I was wondering if there is a toggle to do this.

any think like this is prolly something u want tasker for... but to the best of my knowledge i dont think u can use wifi to browse at the same time using 3g to listen to pandora... its only either one of the two at a time

Why can't you use wifi for Pandora? Why do you want to use 3g and Wifi at the same time? Pandora works on wifi too.
