Root Anyone successfully able to bring Flash 10.1 to rooted Nook?

So doing some research I stumbled upon a source that had a supposed flash player 10.1 apk for a rooted Nook Color running stock OS 2.1. I immediately jumped on it, followed its instructions (I will provide that link for you all when I get home, I'm currently at work). But even though Flash 10.1 is in my applications list, it will not load Flash content

Just wondering if anyone tried getting flash to work on their stock rooted Nooks and if you were ever successful. I also tried numerous browsers, none played flash.

What's the source? As far as I know, Flash doesn't work on 2.1. You need to either flash Nookie Froyo or Cyanogen or Honeycomb to get flash.

Yea, it worked on Nookie Froyo but it was terribly slow, made me hate browsing on my Nookie, thats why I'm back to using stock where the browser works fine.

Just take the dive. It works fantastically well with CM7.

10.2 doesn't show in the market for a stock rooted Nook. i may just make the jump a 2.2 emmc.

Probably a good idea. I have NF on the eMMC, and flash 10.2 works perfectly.
