Anyone try the max volume hack from XDA?

[ Edit: doesnt work on droid, only for HTC ]

[UPDATE 05/01] Increase Max Volume - BT + HEADSET BOOST (combined) FILE AVAILABLE!! - xda-developers

See link for info, gonna give this a whirl I think, getting tired of how weak the Droid's output is.

Never mind, I found a post from the Dev saying it only works on HTC phones

Thanks for posting. I tried it once last week, didn't work and kept forgetting to do any research on it.

Yeah, NP. It's really too bad because the audio quality of the droid is good, just the loudness that's poo. I still gotta try xfering some of those songs I batch processed to raise the average RMS. If I can find a solution without distoring too much, I'll post back for sure.
