Root Anyone using Driod Explorer

Is any one else used Droid explorer? I used it earlier to remove stock apps and to change my gallery, back when I used the leaked version of 2.1 with v5 from sdx. Now I have DE03 Vanilla Rom though and when ever I try to open up droid explorer it just crashes on start up. Oh yea and I have windows 7. Is anyone else who uses droid explorer have this problem.

stupid question, but you were trying to open Droid Explorer while you had the phone in recovery mode, right? otherwise the program can't execute "adb shell" to connect to the phone and it will just sit there... and by vanilla rom, it almost sounds like you don't have root... make sure you have root (joeykrims v2.0 kernel) and try it again in recovery...
