Help Anyone using Sipdroid?

I have the green circle in my notification bar but as soon as I try to make a a call it goes right to call ended. Anyone have this issue?

I am still trying to figure out how to link all this together using sipdroid + sipgate + GV + Whatever else I need. I have tried to search forums, but Im not finding any good up to date guides.
