Great forum...I appreciate any help I can get. Love the phone, but I need this to work.
After much searching, I can't find a solution to this. The only thing that I have determined is that it is not the hardware. My Eris worked just fine with my factory car BT for about a week, then it suddenly stopped. It will still pair and connect, but when a call is made the other party can't here me and I can't here them.
I was still within my 30 days, so after trying all sorts of resets, pulls, tech support calls, etc. I returned the phone for another...same problem. I connected my old BB and it still works fine. Any ideas would be appreciated.
