anything to change the dialer and lock screen?

was just wondering if there are app for that or you have to root and program your own thing. The dialer and lock screen seem pretty plan.

as far as the lock screen, you can get lockbot that will change it to stock android lock screens and you can use different backgrounds.

there are also apps that will show info on the lockscreen but can't remember one at the moment.

not sure about the dialer.
