AOKP from cm10

Can I go from a custom ROM straight to another custom (cm10 to AOKP) or do I need to go back to stock in between the two?
Also, do I flash the ROM that's at the top of this list (see screenshot):

Going to a different ROM you just need to do a full wipe.
