Help AOL receiving email problems

Hi. I have an EVO and suddenly it will not receive email from AOL. I can send email but not receive it. Any similar problems or fixes? Thanks.

I just had this problem -- EVO would not receive AOL mail, would send fine. Logged on via desktop and deleted the next email that the EVO had not received (it was a blank subject line). Voila - all subsequent emails appeared on the EVO. Blocked the sender on AOL, but don't think it was a message size or spam problem.

I had the same issue. Thanks to the above reply, I was able to resolve the problem. The email that had to be deleted came from an unknown sender and had no subject. Note to self - delete those emails immediately, do not open.

I wish I would have found this earlier. Called Sprint and was told that I had to go to Sprint store and have my phone wiped. Still did not fix the problem. Thanks sooo much.

did that and still nothing, had to delete account and now trying to put it back in and says my account and password no good

Thank you very much for the post. I deleted the "No Subject" email and did not see results untill I powered off and back on my phone.
