Root AOSenseP2beta--Updated 10/26/12--mini-update

I love this rom but im experiencing very bad battery life phone won't last 4 hours most of that the phone sits asleep battery use says screen 61% usage I can't see how that is when its asleep most the time any body have a clue?
 
Did I forget to mention that this was the post what ya' like, kang what ya' like, Port what you like, give credit if you remember where you got it from and if you don't remember just say so , talk about the warp forum if there is something useful to share, show some initiative kind of thread? And run on sentences are okay too. This isn't ****** XDA.
 
Any chance of a version without all of the crazy animations? Just wondering cuz I liked it better before without them. If not how hard to change myself?

I thought there was a way to optimize a group of images with gimp but not sure...If not it will be a pain best shared

I'll upload the framework-res I've been testing with some clean animations that are running very smooth on my phone, stock kernel and all....give me 15 minutes

I agree that the stock black bar might be the best because of the many transparency bugs/odd looks.
 
Never considered mentioning this, but FYI the SMS and MMS works on my Sprint Evo Design with no extra steps or dialer storage restore. I'm using Go SMS Pro and have my phone linked with Google Voice, but I doubt it makes any difference.

Don't download with the stock browser on your phone or it will stop part way through. I recommend Dolphin Browser to download large files.
 
If anyone has a dropbox and would like to mirror the main ROM download you might be doing a few people a favor...Thanks in advance if anyone can help

What kernel and governor are you using? The ROM is running very smooth on my phone with on-demand governor with stock kernel. What app are you using and is it the paid or free version. Just need to know so I can recommend something to you that won't cost you anything.
 
If you haven't used it before or haven't used it in a while take a look at ROM toolbox. It has many useful features including an excellent file explorer, script manager, terminal emulator, theming software ( animations and some light theming functional on this ROM) , Memory management, CPU clockspeed and governor management, app manager, startup manager and many more. Many of these options are on the free version but The paid is money well spent

I think Go SMS Pro is known to work when MMS doesn't, so yes, it's a paid option if nothing else works.

Still haven't heard back from anyone on the latest instructional I posted to get mms working so I can only assume it works. Usually someone would let me know if it doesn't.

Left it charging over night woke up to 100% and within an hour of light use im 60%
