Root AOSP rom?

Theres a thread over on xda i believe on the inspire introducing a AOSP rom in the kitchen, almost done too i think. I am really looking forward to it, but im going to miss my CM7 settings. Is there anyway i can throw that in there and have stock aosp gingerbread goodyness plus the extra settings, or maybe ultimate droid settings if it had to be.
 
Are aosp 2.3 roms avail for the inspire yet? If so, then I'll take over my sister's inspire. I'm coming from a nexus s, so can't mess around with sense ui or 2.2...
