Root aosp / sense

Hello,

I am getting ready to put an aosp Rom on my one s. I think I remember that there are things that need to be flashed / installed when changing from sense to aosp, however I have read so much and looked at everything including that which does not apply, I can't remember where I saw it.

Would someone tell me do I need to do something before flashing asop Rom?

Before flashing any ROM you should clear all caches, including Dalvik, and do a factory reset. If you mean more than that, you'll probably have to install Gapps (Google Apps) after you flash. Then clear all cache and reset again.
