Root Apex 8.1 Problem?

So i flashde Apex 8.1, 2.3.4 GB rom 2 days ago i believe, and after finding out my other problems, that i discussed in an unrelated thread, im now having a new problem. it seems, my phone is just randomely rebooting. at least i thought it was random. i now have figured out, its when i use the wifi toggle on the notification bar, to toggle wifi ON, about...1 in every 4 or 5 times i turn it on, my phone will randomely reboot. when the phone comes back on, wifi is on, so its still actually switching it on like it should, but i have NO idea why it keeps rebooting. anyone used Apex 8.x before and seen this problem? or know how to possibly fix it?

I've had the same error on probably four different 2.3.3 or 2.3.4 ROMs so far. I'm relatively certain it's a known issue.

What kernel are you using?
