Root APK Backup?

Hi all,
Since I can no longer move APK's to my external SD card, can anyone tell me how I can get them off my phone? I use Titanium backup so perhaps the answer is there. What I would like to do is back up the actual APKs from my phone and selectively install them on my tablet if I want to.
My phone is rooted and I am using GT's "Samurai" rom which is excellent.

Any tips are greatly appreciated.

The apk IS the backup, it's not the app. Just move them to your computer and you haver your app (not its data, just the app itself) backed up.

You can use helium for apk+data backup
