[APK's] Droid X Themed ADW.Launcher & LauncherPro

I put up videos in the first and second post of my ADW and LauncherPro configurations.

I think those of you experiencing lag in ADW can tweak some of the settings I talked about in the video to make it run faster.

I'm still astonished by how fast this is, it's like iPhone 4 speed, but with a real UI instead of 20 static icons :D
 
Can't download either link from my phone...the crossfire link someone else posted worked from my phone... But I want to try the ADW version... Any help? Thanks in advance
 
What are the differences between Launcher and ADW? Lastly, has anyone found a decent program to replace the BLUR contact widget where you can have a picture and one or two call/text spots?

Does the ADW still mess up motoblur if uninstalled if i decide to go back to stock?
 
No i just took it off...i dont see that much difference in either of them...i dont get how someone can say one is that much faster then the other.....adw is nice resizing widgets ill prolly end up with that one after i get sick of motos..
 
Not sure what you mean by roll back but if you mean how do you uninstall it, just long press home and then hit settings then apps then ADW.Launcher then Uninstall. That worked for me.

Get the newest version of LP in the 2nd post. The file name is com.fede.launcher.apk

This is PLUS unlockable. Also, I optipng'd it to save some space.

Fabolous. I've been playing with the ADW.Launcher that you setup. What exactly did you change over the stock one? I never played with the stock one but I am just curious. Also, is there any reason why all the Motoblur widgets won't resize properly or at all? I've tried to set up the Social Status, the Quick Contact and a few others all with out any positive results. I relaly like how fast the home screens work with ADW but not being able to use those widgets is killin me!
 
You can't resize the Moto widgets in any home replacement, it's a Motorola proprietary thing.

All I changed about these launchers are the image files they use so that it looks more like the Blur Home that came with the phone, rather than stock Android.
 
Gotcha... So which widget are you using to get Facebook on your homescreen? I see the stock Blur Calandar, Messaging and Facebook. How did you get those to work? or is that the only size they work in? Mine show up all funky and out of proportion when I add them to the home screen.

I'm using the Facebook widget that comes with the official Facebook app.

Also, when you place widgets with ADW launcher and it gives you the option to choose its size, don't change the default values, or else you'll get stretched widgets.
