Any chance on getting LP updated to the latest release?

I tried installing this and I get the error:
Cannot copy org.adw.launcher.apk
The device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected.
I reinstalled the drivers for Motorola, unrooted, re-rooted and still a no-go. Any help would be appreciated.
***Edit: I took out the battery for 30 seconds, reinstalled it and booted the phone back up. This fixed the problem.

First of all, many, many thanks for all your work! Amazing job. 
Secondly, I'm sooo torn between these two launchers. I too find that ADW is smoother and faster than LP but I've already purchased LPP and love the people widget and use it regularly. The only other thing I missed in ADW is the scrolling dock bar but you solved that for me with the hidden infinite dock that I never realized was there.
My main question is, do you know of a similar app/widget that will give similar functionality as the LPP people widget?
Last question, can you update LPP via the market if you use your apk or will it overwrite the mods of the icons? BTW, thanks so much for those...I ABSOLUTELY HATE the standard app drawer icon in LP and that's another reason I lean towards ADW with the DX and other themes.

I found a people widget replacement and it's AWESOME so far...I hate to say it but better than the one with LPP! It's in the market/appbrain and it's called "Scrollable ContactWidget BETA". It has many more options than the LPP people widget and so far, it simply rocks. I have to say, that this really completes ADW for me and I'm loving it. I kept trying to love LPP as much as ADW but kept coming back to it even though I purchased the pro version. Thanks again for the tip about the infinite hidden dock. It totally ROCKS!
Yes you can now update LPP through the market but you will need to get your unlock code from the developers website the first time you do to unlock it.
And no it will not delete anything when you do.
I don't understand how anyone could hate a single icon so bad they would use a different product for that reason alone but hey to each his own I guess. I will tell you though that you can change the icon to anything you want.

Awesome job, thanx for the update.
New version of Launcher Pro available in the second post. If you're a Plus user, you can now use the calendar widget, and it is awesome!
Also, if you backup and restore your backup, you don't need to reenter your code
The new calendar is nice!

i havent tried this but from what ive read i think you transfer to SD card and use the phone's file manager/browser and install the .apk file in there.
How exactly does this work? When I tried this my dock totally disappeared and the only way to get it back was to disable 'Dockbar' in the ADW UI settings.
Anyone?
Also, I was prompted to upgrade LP today (after installing the one from this thread) but I got an error. Is it impossible to upgrade now if I want to keep using the themed version?

Just drag the dockbar back down to reveal the original icons at the bottom.
hmm...i'm beginning to thing something is wrong with my APK install. The dock feature doesnt look the same as it does in Fab's video and my notification bar mysteriously disappears from time to time. May try to just reinstall... thx
The notification is must likely disappearing due to you swiping the screen, Its a feature and the docks background is customizable.

yeah! i just bought LPP and would love the X app drawer icon. i would love to get yout theme on my LPP. ok so how do i do this? i tried dl the provided apk and couldnr. yes i uncheck download non market items.

so i download the launcher apk. to my computer, plug in to my computer, place the apk. onto my files app, uncheck download unknown sources then download the apk. to my phone?
