Root Aplus Rom vs. Joneidy sense rom

which rom is better for lg optimus m? Joneidy sense rom or the Aplus Rom? im currently running cyanogen mod 7.1 and i like it but i want to try out a new rom, also because cm7 sometimes lags
 
Really when it comes down to which rom is better its is just personally preference. (Dont get me wrong theres some crappy ones out there) but when it comes down to the final its whether its the best rom for you and your phone. I personally try them out myself. Because just because someone likes one rom which works for them doesnt mean its what I want and I like. My advice is, take people's opinions and see what they have to say, but try out both for yourself.
