Basically im trying to get my Jailbroken I-touch 4th gen to bluetooth tether with my Rooted LG Optimus V so i can connect to the internet via Tethering through Bluetooth and gaining access to 3G (this is possible if the correct information is gathered).
But, I need the following info in order to do this:

Access point(APN): (i can only find the MMS APN, but I need the internet/data APN)
Dial number: #777(i believe)
Account(user):
Password:

Like i said, this is possible, if the correct information is gathered.

That's usually what I do, but wifi tether(WT) vs Bluetooth tether(BTT), WT has more of a battery drain since its constantly using 3G to make the connection, whereas BTT requires less battery power, and does not strain and rely on 3G as much, and Bluetooth hardly has a drastic power hungry need. And, it would act as if the phone is using 3G only when it's needed. You also can turn off 3G, and it wont interfere with the BTT. And the way I see it, its an excellent alternative to the VM PEEL for the itouch, and uses less phone battery and processing power, so my phone would be less likely to overheat, sine my touch would be handling the tether processes.
