Help APN Settings

I have recently loaded some new ROMs into my Verizon G3. Each ROM has the exact same problem. My WiFi and Data work great when they are connected to their respected network. My issue comes from my text messaging app (Chomp and this occurs on the stock app as well) not being able to download MMS while connected to the WiFi. "Can't download MMS. Check your APN settings and then tap to try again." This ONLY occurs on WiFi, I must disconnect WiFi and connect to lte and presto, all my MMS come in at once. I've tried updating the APN settings to what Verizon says is needed and even creating new APNs and nothing seems to work. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Well those are all the things I've tried. My question. The VERIZON network work works perfectly. I need something that fixes WiFi.
 
Update: Somehow fixed the problem with a multitude of different things. I removed Chomp and installed and currently using 8sms for CyanogenMod. Disabled the adblockers. And reset the APN settings to default. Topped it all off with a battery pull reset and seems to be working perfectly fine now. I am now able to receive MMS over WiFi. Also reenabled the adblockers and its still functional. Hope this helps anyone that has a similar issue.
