Help Apn's

So, does anybody know how to correctly fill in the APN section on the GALAXY S4 on PC MOBILE? I'm in sunny Nova Scotia. The phone is great but I can't download any mobile data.

APN details are carrier specific. Should be on the carrier's website, or contact them about it.

Thanks Mike,

I did contact them directly and they did indeed give me the APN, however I still cannot revcieve mobile data, I've cleared the cache and even did a factory reset, i even got a replacement SIM card just in case that was the problem. I'm thinking the phone itself must be faulty.

Just a list of questions...

1. What is the model of your Galaxy S5 phone as per #1.2 of 29 Galaxy S4 models - know yours?

2. What are your exact, "Version", details as per #1.3 of 29 Galaxy S4 models - know yours?

Go to Settings > About device > Status and post...

4. Signal strength

5. Mobile network type

6. Go to Settings > More networks > Mobile networks > Mobile data... is it checked? (pathway may vary depending on model)

3) Signal strength... 4bars and 4G
4) Mobile network is PC mobile (uses bell towers)
5) Mobile data is checked.

Strange! Item 4 should be showing a -dBm and asu value!

Signal bars on a phone mean nothing...
