You need to go into the cm settings>Install Location>Automatic. That is what you should have done before you put any apps on it. But since you did not just go to manage apps and manually push the ones that can be moved. Warning: some will not move and others will move but cause the apps to not work properly. So move the ones that can and if any mess up move the faulty ones back to the phone.
