Yea Samsung did that for some reason.
Anyway that's a known issue. With the latest Samsung devises. You can use other apps to link your apps and games to the ext SD
Hi,
I did try to move the applications (the one moveable) to the SD card but this what I get:
Link2SD could not obtain root access. If you have root access make sure you respond ALLOW or GRANT to the superuser request. (I don’t get any request)
Also if I try to create a link I get:
Not Mounted: /data/sdext mount not found.
This is the first time I am dealing with smart phone software and I don’t know much about it.
Do I have to create a second partition on SD???
I still don’t understand why I have a physical ext SD card but it is like if not there….If I go into STORAGE: it is there: total space1.84GB and available space 1.82GB
Before this phone I was using, only for 4 months, Samsung Junior and never had problems with cards.
Thanks.
i have the same issue with my galaxy mini as a few others i have found on here. i cant get my galaxy to use my sd card, its a 32g card and it worked fine in all other phones. i have been told to root my phone and i would like to do this but is there a way to get this done without much on my part? i have no problem paying some $ but im just not liking the idea of doing it myself
