Root [APP] Apex Launcher/NOVA Launcher for ICS

I know ICS just came out today but if you are looking for an alternitive Launcher for ICS there are some.

Apex Launcher (my current launcher) i belive this launcher is faster, this is what i use for my Kindle Fire running ICS.

NOVA Laucher is also alternitive for Trebutchet i dont really use it but it is out there.

Worked for me. Using es file explorer to move it to system/app

Showed right up upon hitting home key

All I did was download the APK and use it default launcher

i followed the directions many times and i still cant get this to work,when you see the "apk" in the proper place.. it's an icon of my sd card and zip file.. but still with an .apk... if i try to install like an un rooted phone,i get the parshing or whatever its called error...

if someone is nice enough to figure this out id appreciate it.

Apex and Nova are for ICS only. You need android 4.0+ for it to work.
