App associated with a google account

I only have purchased one app from the market using my school gmail account which does not support Google Checkout. So i created another account to purchase it with. Once I got my refurb phone I switched my gmail account on my phone to the one I used to purchase the app since my school gmail account lacks some features but my app was not available to download. Any way to get it to without going back to my old gmail for my phone?

You can use multiple gmail accounts on your phone, I have my school gmail and my personal gmail that I use for purchasing apps. Maybe try loading the one you bought the app with and install it, then switch back?
