Help App associations issue

I have the PGA Tour app on my phone and of course the At&T navigator app that I can't get of. At least once a week when I click on a video the PGA app tries to open it, and the same with addresses, the Navigator app tries to open it. I have to change the app associations.

My question is why do I have to change the app associations every week like this? Is there anything I can do to make it remember which apps I want to use for videos and addresses?

I have the same issue on my Evo 3D. I keep changing the it to launch web addresses in Dolphin, but it keeps going back to the stock browser. I keep setting streaming and online audio/video download to VPlayer, but it keeps going back to the default steaming media player.

Any ideas?
