Root app backup question

Is there any way you can backup say, a list of your apps, then download all those apps automatically from market when you restore? I'm looking for an alternative to titanium backup or mybackup pro (but I'll still need to backup app data with them), because sometimes restoring apps from one rom to another causes problems.

The market only lists your paid for apps, not free ones when you flash a fresh rom. Restoring some apps with mybackup pro, alot of them don't appear in the 'my apps' part of the new market, hence can't be auto updated... pretty annoying.

You can do it with TB.

After you've flashed a fresh ROM restore your apps with Titanium, then in Titaniums main screen, hit Menu -> More -> Market Doctor. You'll then be prompted to link your user apps to the market again meaning if you flash another ROM, they'll re download and you'll be able to update.

The links cut themselves as there are apparently issues with accessing the market before your gmail account is fully synced with your handset.
