Help app backup

After updating to froyo I have been having a couple of issues so I am planning on doing a factory reset. My question is is there an app I can use to backup all my apps and the corosponding data? By this I mean save data for angry birds or whatnot.

No, once you pay for an app it is your for life even if you switch phones. After you do the factory reset, open up the market and hit the menu key. Choose myapps and any app you paid for will be listed for you to download again.

Yes you must be rooted to use Titanium Backup. Astro File Manager will back up the apps without root privilege, but will not back up any of the app data.

Yeah I'm looking to backup app data. I've gotten real far in Angry Birds and it has taken me a while to get this far. I really don't feel like redoing everything.

There are some Angry Birds back up apps on the market, some are paid, some free, and I really don't know how good any of them are.

Ok so I used one of the backup apps and it said it backed up my data, but it didn't. Oh well not the worst thing that has happened.
