app backup

Hello,

Is there a way tip backup my current apps ob my sd card? I see there is an update for hand cent , but I may want to keep the old version.

do not upgrade Handcent. The newest version has ADS

the only place it has ads is in the settings, no big deal...

There is a couple apps to make back ups. astro is one another one is es file explorer just depends what you like and feel comfortable with.

Dido, can't seem to find any of the apps I've dl'ed from the market. I know they are on the phone's memory.

Astro-->menu-->tools-->Application backup/manager.
And then click on all the apps you want backed up and then click back up and you're done =]

^^ What they said. This backs up "public apps". Some apps won't be backed up..but just deal with it if it's something you bought your gmail account (even after a factory reset) remembers what you've already paid for.
