Root [App] Camera & Gallery App from S4 Google Edition

Hi all!

Here is the camera and gallery app from the S4 Google Edition. I have tested this and it all seems to be working including the photosphere. Pics can also be taken by pressing the volume keys!

Installation instructions:
Download apk to phone.
With a file explorer, navigate to where you saved the download and tap on the apk.
Choose to install via the package installer.
PROFIT!

Mine were blurry right after I installed it but after a reboot, they got much better. They are as clear as the stock camera now.

I actually got this confused with the Sense 5 camera. I prefer this the 4.3 gallery and camera over the stock and Sense 5.

I rebooted and its still blurry, I checked it against the stock camera app, its definitely a lot of blur.
Anyone else know of a fix?

Have you tried tapping on the screen? It focuses on the area you tap.

Have you cleaned the lens?

Yes and yes. Like I said stock camera takes good pics, but the installed is blurry and lacks detail.

Sure go into settings /storage and look for the Section where you can choose where you want to save your files.

Tried that. Only affects the hTC stock Sense camera, not this one...

Tried toggling back & forth...No affect on where the camera writes files--always saves to phone, not to SD card.
