App drawer and bottom row missing - GS4

[NoobsMcGee]

Hi everyone, Doesn't look like this issue has been posted yet. My son (1 y/o) was messing around with my wife's Galaxy S4 and now the app drawer and bottom row of preset apps are missing. I have no idea how to get the app drawer and other apps back to the bottom row (phone, contacts, messages). THanks!

Is your wife perhaps running an alternate launcher (like Nova Launcher or Nova Launcher Prime)? Many have to customize the presentation in the ways you mention.

The quick answer would be that the phone is in easy mode. To fix go to settings, my device and home screen mode select std mode if easy is selected
