Help App for Static background

[VizualProphet]

I seem to recall there being an app to set a static background on your Desire, does anyone know what it's called? I already use Launcher Pro Plus and I'm aware you can disable scrolling wallpaper on that but it doesn't give you the option to select the exact area for your static wall (meaning it still makes you select a 960x800 area).
