Help App for translating Web pages

[t12b25]

Hi everybody I need an app for translating Web pages. It's for my cousin overseas which the playstore doesn't work there, so I need an apk to send to him. Any ideas?. Thank you for all the help.

I'm not sure of an app, but can he use Google Translate online?

See here for an example.

If he's somewhere where Google is blocked and banned, like China, there's the Baidu Translate app which works pretty much like Google.
