Help App for volume control?

Hey guys I was wondering if there was any app that would allow me to control volume of various other applications. One thing I really loved about my old Blackberry is I could set up a profile that muted everything except calls. When I go to sleep at night I want to be able to get a phone call in case of an emergency, but dont want to hear my email/twitter etc. apps going off all night. Is there anything out there for my Moment that can accomplish this same thing?
