Help App icons keep moving

Hey guys. Android noob here in need of some help and/or info. Problem is, on my Epic 4g, whenever my SD card mounts, like after I reboot or disconnect from my pc, all the icons for the apps I have on the SD card move to the beginning pages of my application menu. It's a real pain too because I like to keep them all sorted. A page for games, one for intraweb stuff, one for office, one for navigation, and soforth. Anywho, does anyone else have this issue of the application icons moving after an SD card mount? Anyone know of a fix? An app to remember and restore where I place them? Anything? I rooted mine the other day, but have yet to really put that to use, FYI, but i've had this problem even before rooting. Thanks guys. Rock on!!!!!!!!!!

I know launcher pro, adw ex an go launcher ex all have backup and restore features. Kinda odd you are having that issue though. Hope that helps.
