Help App installation does not completed

I tried to install Watchdog Task Manager Lite. The installation did not finished and everytime I go to market->downloads it says Installing....
Any ideas how to cancel the installation?

the same problem is with me . when i download some application after downloading installation does not take place. and downloading of same application starts again and again.
