Help App issues after update to Lollipop

I have lollipop in my Samsung note 3. When I realized the actualization all my apps to Google despaired. Gmail, keep, map, you tube, Google play, Insta gram, Skype, wize, etc. I can't to download any app, and updates are not possible to do to the apps installed. Do you know what do I could do?.

Do I understand correctly that your Note 3 updated to Lollipop via an OTA (over the air) update, and now your apps are force closing, or throwing errors? And you cannot download apps or update any app?

If so, I'll take your post and mine, and make a new thread for you about your issue

Perhaps try to boot into recovery, and clear the cache from there and reboot?

I believe to boot into recovery, you need to fully power down the device.
Once powered down, press and hold the home button, then press and hold the volume up button, then press and hold the power button. When a screen comes up, that should be the recovery for it....
I'm a little rusty on Samsung so,
Let me double check that is the procedure to boot into recovery...

Some apps begin to fuction like waze, tagus, snapseed. But any app to Google is in use, including google play.

I think it's always a good idea to back up all of your important stuff before doing a major software update, then after the update, do a factory reset, for me this hasn't failed since I had my first Samsung (Galaxy S2)

Hi Mikestony. Sorry for my English. None of the apps of Google are in fuction. Or apps like Facebook or Instagram. Apps like I mentioned you, skype, snapseed, tagus, waze, fuction again, following your instructions. But for example, I was installed whatsapp and Evernote after the problem, and today again they are unistalled. Today I make the update to Samsung software in my tablet. I hope haven't those problems.
