App Market & Amazon App Store not working?!?!

I'm running on Lime L!ght ROM 2.2.1 by badabing. Out of nowhere, my Market and Amazon App Store no longer wants to download/install (hangs) and update any apps. I tried resetting, clearing cache/defaults...no idea what to do. Can this just be a Google or Android issue and not necessarily the phone? Let me know what you guys think. Thanks.

when i try to download from the app store i get the "you need to add a payment method to 1-click thing" but i already have that setup so i dont know why it keeps telling me to set it up

the only way i found around it was to download from the amazon app store via my pc then it shows up in the my apps section with the install button.

It doesnt even let me go to confirm download.
