App Moving

[Android Question]

Hi,

I just wish to know if application moving is a phone dependent feature or is the application dependent ?
move2sd shows me apps as movable but i could not locate any option to actually move the app...

(phone Samsung galaxy Trend duos S7392)

It's both. Some phones can't run apps from the SD card and some apps can't run from the SD card.

Apps like widgets cannot be moved to the external SD card because the SD card is mounted after the widgets are auto-launched for you after booting.

I'm guessing others the others that cannot be moved are due to performance or security concerns.
