Help App or Widget for turning off alert volume at certain times?

Is there an app or widget that will turn off the alert volume at set times?
I need to keep my phone on at all times, but the notifications wake me up. I only need the ringer on. I just want an easy way to turn off the notifications and alerts rather than having to open up the options every night.

I used chronos for awhile but found it to be more trouble than it was worth. I use call timer setting now. It is a small widget that has a few profiles that you can set up volumes in each profile. Then just tap the widget to move through them.
