[app question] Drop down menu

[dee00]

It's there a widget I can download that offers the WiFi, GPS, rotate etc from the drop down menu like the Samsung Galaxy ones?

Notification Toggle has a lot of fans on Google Play.
When I tried it out, it caused unexpected behavior of my device, described here:

Now I use 1Tap Quick Bar instead. Does the same thing, never had any problems with it.
