I've used this app for a while on my hTC EVO 4G to avoid using the power button to shut off the screen. I'd park an icon in the dockbar in ADW Launcher and have the option to screen off anytime by tapping the screen rather than pushing the recessed power button.
Problem is: The animations don't work. I like the Old TV Style animation, and when I enable it, the screen just goes dark for a second and then goes out. I've emailed the developer and he recommended going to Settings>Display>Animations and ensuring all animations are turned on. This settings isn't on the Rezound under Setting>Display. Is it elsewhere?
