Root App shortcuts deleted when rebooting

Whenever I reboot the phone, some app shortcuts that I put on one of the homescreens disappear, but it doesn't happen to all of the apps, just some of them, not too sure why.

Anyone else experience this issue?

What Launcher are you using?

Did you move those apps onto the SD card?

Yeap, it looks like that could be the issue, but a couple of the apps that don't get deleted are on the SD card too.

I'm testing now by moving them back and seeing what happens.
