Help App size changes when moving to SD

When I move apps to the SD card it moves the apps and also looks like it increases the size of the app. All apps I move to SD card do this.
For instance, this is the size of quick setting while its on the phone:
Total:616 kb
App:612 kb
USB storage app: 0B
Data: 4 kb
SD card: 0B

When I move to SD this is what happens:
Total:2.21 MB
App:152 kb
USB storage app: 2.06 MB
Data: 4kb
SD card: 0B

Does this happen with your phones also?

I believe that what you're seeing in the first window is just the size of the update whereas the lower one is the full app size after moving. It shows up that way I think because it's a system app.

The quick settings I'm talking about isn't the system app. It's from the market. All of my apps do this. Does anyone else have this happen?
