App that disables all gps?

Hey guys, im curious if there exists an app that disables booth stand alone gps as well as google enables gps? All the gps disabling widgets just turn off the standalone gps but not google. Does the google gps drain significant battery?

The Google location service is not GPS. It uses wifi hotspots to determine your location. It wouldn't have much of an effect on your battery as it is just a minimal amount of data that would be transferred.
