App that GPS/location activates security lock screen?

I am looking for an app that will turn on/off my default security lock screen, depending on where I am located. For example, I do not need a security lock screen when I am at my house, or my friends and family houses (I trust them to return the phone). But if any other location I want it to come on.

It would be one less window I need to screw with before sing my phone. Which would be 90% of the time since I am always at home, or at friends and family.

You will need to also get this plug in to turn on/off your password lock:

They aren't free but I have verified that they work perfectly for what you want to do on Android 2.0 - 2.3.1

Thanks for the reply. I remember seeing a new app similar to Tasker that was just released. But I can not remember the name. It was free and supposedly has a better user interface. Do you know the name of it?

I don't mind purchasing Tasker, I am just a little hesitant to drop 6 dollars on something that I may not be able to figure out.

I think if you go to the developer's website, you get a 7-day trial period before you have to purchase.

That should give you plenty of time to try it out.

There *is* a steep learning curve, but once you learn it, you'll think up crazy (but useful) things to do with it that you never would have tried before.

In the Tasker thread in this forum, one guy was trying to automate the phone to call his wife automatically as soon as he got in his car to drive home. Not sure if he ever got Tasker to do that successfully, but I thought that was a cool idea.

There is also Settings Profile. They have a Lite version that is free. This does some things like that which you ask, however, I agree with the others when saying Tasker can do so much more once you get over the learning curve.
