App that manages app downloads (after factory reset)?

I just did a factory reset as I had google calendar problems. I noticed that I had to go into the market and open all "my market apps" and download each app. Is there an app that manages all that? Download all kind of thing. Saves me the hassle of finding what app I want and having it installed. Something like ninite but for android apps would be fine too.

There's an option to automatically backup and restore Google account data in Android 2.2 (iirc) and later. If it's there it'll be in Settings/Privacy.

No, you'll need root access to back up something like your Angry Birds progress. The word document is going to be gone if it's not backed up and it's saved internally.
